Without wasting more time, I will take you through the short list of machines needed for a modern setup of a palm oil processing factory.

LIST OF MACHINES NEEDED FOR PALM OIL PROCESSING

1. THE 3-IN-1 AUTOMATIC BUNCH TRIPPER, SEPARATOR, AND SIFTER 

The 3-in-1 automatic bunch tripper, separator, and sifter do the job of shaking the palm fruits from the bunch, separating the palm fruits from the shafts, and sifting out the shafts for the next stage

2. THE WASHING MACHINE

I believe the job of this is too clear to waste time explaining too much. This machine is our first step to achieving all-around hygiene as discussed. The fruits are washed thoroughly, using this machine

3. THE PALM FRUIT STEAM BOILER

 Just as the name implies, this machine steams the palm fruits after successfully separating them from their bunch. 

4. THE 2-IN-1 AUTOMATIC DIGESTER AND PRESSER

After this write-up, I will put up a video of these machines so that we can have a better understanding of their tasks. This majestic and lovely machine actually does three tasks. After steaming, it is directed into this machine. It digests, remove the husk and presses. 

5. THE BOILER

The last machine needed is the boiler/clarifier. The pressed palm oil is then pourd into the second boiler and cooked for some hours. it is then left to cool and skimmed. this is then passed into a cooling drum for packaging.
