INSTALLATION PROCESS (PICTURES): FULL AUTOMATED GARRI PROCESSING FACTORY, IJEBU - IGBO

Good day,
I hope you still remember the topic about a small scale processing factory, ongoing in Ijebu Igbo, last year?

If you can't, check out the construction pictures HERE

Now, we're installing the machinery. The factory will spot a

1. A casava peeling plus washing machine (N550,000- 2.5tons/hr),

the purpose of which is to peel and wash the cassava tubers. This peeler only peels the first layer. For more details, check this TOPIC about IF YOU NEED A PEELING MACHINE OR NOT!

2. A cassava grating machine (N270,000- 1 to 1.5tons/hr)

Our graters are just 4ft tall and are assured to deliver more than 1tons as would be quoted.

It cannot be 4ft tall? Be the judge!

3. Dewatering machine or pressers (N120,000 - with 32tons jack)

Pressers, also called dewatering machines are used to remove the water from the grated cassava pulp, mostly, after fermentation (but this depends on the type of garri to be made) Like the graters, our pressers are more than 5ft tall and can take up to 10bags of cassava pulps at one press. With these, you can press an fry twice, in 24hrs!

And with our new designs, forget the use of planks!!

4. A sifting machine (N180,000)

By now, you should know that you can sift before or after frying. If you don't...then contact me on how to get my eBook on garri processing. It just 2,000 for a 64paged eBook!!!

5. A gasoline-engine-driven mechanical garri frying machine or and automatic garri frying machine (N700,000- 7 to 10bags of 50kg per day)

This monster eliminates the need to fry manually. Just start the engine and start frying. When it's done, it done!
