The Peeling machine is a great machine, it eliminates the option of having to look for manual labour in peeling of your cassava tubers.

BUT...

A peeler, as beautiful as it's works sounds, could only do 90% of your peeling and hey, 99.9% of the washing.

So, how does this peeling machine even help? Does it do 100% of your peeling?

Yellow Garri requires you add palm oil (a source of vitamin A) after grating. Some prefer to do so, when frying.

In the case of a yellow Garri producer, a peeling machine does all of your job for you.

For a white Garri producer...

A peeler only does 99% of your job. You still require your workers to help peel some of the skins (just 10% work). Though, that may not be necessary.

If you are a small producer, this might be synonymous with paying extra quid, this, elevating the overall cost of production. But if you place your workers of compulsory daily pay, then this is not the case. Because when the manager peels with the machine, he can call on anyone to finish the little job. It all comes with the daily pay.

This is best when the small producers operate a fully automated factory.
